Today, I'm tired, cranky and stressed. Cranky and stressed because I haven't been able to ride my mountain bike in a few weeks. I can feel the irrational grumpiness creep in. So on days like this, it's harder, but really important to be persistent in my positive thinking. Acknowledge the negative feelings when the pop up, and let them go.
